4. Storing and Deleting Files

Important: We do not store your files permanently!

• Source PDF files: are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after conversion is complete
• Converted files: are available for download for 1 hour, after which they are permanently deleted
• Server logs: are stored for no more than 30 days for security purposes

We do not have access to or view the contents of your files.
