How fast is it?
Since everything runs locally, speed depends on your device. Typically just a few seconds per file.
Can I convert multiple files at once?
Yes! You can select multiple files and they will be converted one by one. Batch conversion is supported.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, the site is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. All features are available.
Is PDF Love open source?
Yes! The entire codebase is available on GitHub under the MIT license. You can inspect, fork, and contribute.
Do you store my files?
Never. All processing is done locally in your browser. We don't have any upload or storage capability.
Can I convert scanned PDFs?
Yes, our engine can handle both text‑based and scanned PDFs. For scanned documents, the resulting Word/Excel files will contain the extracted images.
